Position Overview:

This job opportunity is for an Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA) Developer position. As an OIA Developer, your main responsibility will be to create policy models and interactive interviews based on business requirements, complex policies, and legislation.

Working closely with stakeholders, you will be in charge of authoring rules, designing interviews, and translating business rules into a coherent policy model.

Moreover, you will be tasked with developing and setting up web-based interviews, conducting scenario testing, and integrating systems using the Connector framework and APIs.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop policy models and interactive interviews following business requirements and regulations.
  • Create rules that align with business needs.
  • Design interviews to meet customer expectations.
  • Manage rule documents and data models efficiently.
  • Translate business rules into a comprehensive Policy Model.
  • Configure web-based interviews, including customizing input controls, altering screen layout, data mapping, and defining document generation processes.
  • Conduct scenario testing for new and updated policies.
  • Execute integrations using the Connector framework and various APIs.

Professional Skills and Qualifications:
  • Solid understanding of XML and proficient in Java.
  • Minimum of four years of experience in policy modeling, rule authoring, interview design, testing, and connector development.
  • Background in collection and sales sectors is a plus.
  • Familiarity with version control tools such as VSS, CVS, or SVN.
  • Thorough knowledge of build and deployment procedures.
  • Proficient in object-oriented programming (OOP).
  • Extensive experience in designing and working with service-oriented architectures (SOA).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, problemsolving, and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Quick learner with the flexibility to adapt to new methodologies and ideas.
  • Keen attention to detail, striving for precision and efficiency.
  • Apt at collaborative and independent work on diverse projects.
