We are on the lookout for a new team member to take on the role of Associate, Client Onboarding/Transitions/Conversions/Know Your Client I within our Client Activation team, based in Pune, MH- HYBRID.

In this role, your contributions will make a difference in the following ways:

  • Offering quality support to clients by handling critical and sensitive standing instructions setups consistently
  • Addressing client queries on products, services, and procedures promptly and independently
  • Resolving moderately complex operational or client issues and escalating unresolved matters to the appropriate channels
  • Suggesting ideas for process enhancement to boost team efficiency and mentoring junior staff members
  • Taking responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of your work
  • Adhering to relevant regulations and control frameworks while ensuring clear communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Generating and delivering information to address inquiries from both internal and external clients

To excel in this position, we are looking for individuals who:

  • Collaborate within a team to provide top-notch client service with a focus on analyzing and maintaining client documents
  • Ensure proper uploading of documents in compliance with regulatory standards to mitigate risks and financial losses
  • Possess strong communication skills in English, essential for engaging with various clients both internally and externally
  • Hold a degree in Graduate or BBA/MBA
  • Have a minimum of years of relevant experience
