Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our B2C sales team.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in handling IT courses, with a strong ability to connect with potential students, understand their needs, and guide them towards the right educational path.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Acquisition:

  • Identify and engage with potential students through various channels such as social media, webinars, educational fairs, and direct outreach.
  • Develop and execute strategies to convert leads into enrollments.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Student Consultation:

  • Provide detailed information about IT courses, including course content, benefits, and career opportunities.
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand students' educational and career goals.
  • Recommend appropriate courses based on individual needs and preferences.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with leads to answer questions, provide additional information, and guide them through the enrollment process.

Market Research and Insights:

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the IT education sector.
  • Gather feedback from students to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Sales Administration:

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, student interactions, and enrollments using CRM software.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the academic and support teams to ensure a seamless enrollment and learning experience for students.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in handling IT courses.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Indepth knowledge of IT courses and the tech education landscape.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
