Job Title: ERPNext Business Analyst

We are in search of a skilled ERPNext Business Analyst with at least 3 years of practical experience in ERPNext.

The perfect candidate will have a vital role in connecting business requirements with technical solutions in the ERPNext setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Collect and analyze business requirements for ERPNext implementation, customization, and enhancement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend their business processes and recognize opportunities for enhancement using ERPNext.
  • Transform business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
  • Work closely with developers, system administrators, and end-users to ensure successful implementation and setup of ERPNext modules.
  • Lead workshops, training sessions, and demonstrations to educate end-users on ERPNext functions and best practices.
  • Conduct data analysis and verification to ensure data integrity and precision within ERPNext.
  • Set up ERPNext modules and workflows to meet business necessities while complying with best practices and industry standards.
  • Offer continuous support and assistance for ERPNext users, dealing with problems and implementing improvements as required.
  • Stay informed about the latest features, updates, and trends in ERPNext and associated technologies.
  • Record business processes, requirements, and system configurations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a functional role dealing with ERPNext.
  • Comprehensive understanding of ERPNext modules like Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, and CRM.
  • Robust analytical and issue-solving abilities to convert business needs into technical solutions.
  • Outstanding communication and social skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at every level.
  • Experience in organizing requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and user training.
  • Knowledge of business process modeling and documentation.
