As a Recruitment Consultant intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced team to source, screen, and match top talent with our clients. Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in sourcing and screening qualified candidates for job openings.

2. Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for roles.

3. Collaborate with team members to develop effective recruitment strategies.

4. Manage candidate databases and maintain accurate records of interactions.

5. Assist in organizing and attending recruitment events and job fairs.

6. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.

7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment efforts.
