Role - Product Manager

Experience - 5 to 10 years

Work Location - Remote

Employment Type - Part-time

Compensation/Salary - Best in the industry/based on last CTC + ESOP

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's goals and market demands.

2. Market Research: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the industry.

3. Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a product roadmap that prioritizes features and enhancements based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define product requirements, set milestones, and ensure successful product development.

5. Product Development: Oversee the product development process, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Make critical decisions throughout the development cycle.

6. User Experience: Champion user-centric design and usability, ensuring that the product provides an exceptional user experience.

7. Product Launch: Plan and execute product launches, including go-to-market strategies, pricing, and marketing campaigns.

8. Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor product performance and user feedback. Use data and analytics to make informed decisions and drive product improvements.

9. Stakeholder Communication: Keep stakeholders informed about the product's progress, challenges, and successes. Act as a bridge between different departments.

10. Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the product through its entire lifecycle, including maintenance, updates, and eventual retirement.

What You Have :

1. Prior experience as an associate product manager, product analyst, product marketing, or similar roles is a must.

2. Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.

3. Customer Obsessed, What customer problem am I addressing?

4. Problem Solver, What product solution do I craft to address this gap?

5. Detail Oriented, How do I deliver the best customer experience possible?

6. Strategic, Does the product solution meet the business need (revenue, etc.)?

7. Go-Getter, How do I take the product from conceptualization to launch?

8. Team Collaborator, How do I work with customer success, marketing, and various sales channels to drive adoption?

9. Data-driven and analytical, and can process large amounts of data to derive meaningful insights

10. Good written and verbal communication, can write detailed documentation, and communicate effectively.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field

2. At least 5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role in SaaS companies.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Should know micro level work requirements and be a role model in getting & doing the work efficiently.
