IFF is a global leader in food, beverage, health, biosciences and sensorial experiences. We are now seeking a highly motivated and results driven individual to join our India Shared Service Center team based out in Hyderabad as Tax Manager responsible for US Tax.

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant/ CPA with multiple years of US Tax experience (extensive knowledge of USGAAP and ASC 740).

The role reports to VP - Tax Operations.

How you will contribute:

• As part of the quarterly (10Q) and Annual(10k) tax reporting requirements, you will be involved in the review of information received from regional teams and preparation/review of Quarterly and annual tax packs.

• Preparation of supporting workpapers including but not limited to Valuation allowance, Fin 48, Deferred roll-forward, Payables roll-forward, APB 23, Reg G, Jurisdictional netting, etc.

• Assist with the quarterly and annual setup of the tax packages in OneSource Tax provision tool (OTP) and the overall maintenance of our online tracking system.

• Responsible for managing the legal entity organizational chart including the gathering of information from regional team and updating the org. chart.

• Assist with gathering of information for purposes of M&A transactions and preparation and review of supporting schedules.

Job Requirements

What will you need to be successful:

• CA or CPA with at least 8-10 years of post-qualification experience

• US tax experience is a must.

• International tax exposure (treaty interpretation etc.)

• Working knowledge with the OneSource Tax Provision Tool.

• Independent and reliable.

• Must be able to partially adapt to US working hours during certain periods of the years (Quarterly and annual provision).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Must adhere to strict deadlines.
