Overview :


As the head of the Technology and Platforms team at AIonOS, you will be responsible for leading the architecture and technology roadmap. This involves overseeing a team of technical and solution architects to develop high-performance niche AI and Cloud solutions, drive innovation, and support the Product team's requirements.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead the architecture and technology team to define the platform and technology stack for products and solutions.
  • Develop a cloud strategy for products, focusing on creating cloud-agnostic solutions utilizing available platforms effectively.
  • Conduct Proof of Concepts to identify suitable technology stacks for robust product development.
  • Focus on middleware development to establish an integration platform for seamless communication across products and solutions, ensuring scalability.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to plan build and release strategies, establish DevSecOps practices, and set up necessary tools and processes for code governance and release management.
  • Mentor and guide engineers for their growth, provide feedback, technical mentorship, and manage performance effectively.

  • Previous experience in developing applications using microservices architecture, focusing on non-functional requirements, and building scalable Middleware platforms.
  • Hands-on experience in technology evaluation, Proof of Concepts, and driving innovation for AIonOS.
  • Collaborate with UX teams to assess UI requirements for products across web and mobile platforms.
  • Building and leading an engineering team to maximize their potential and deliver impactful results.
  • Stay updated with industry technology trends and devise upgrade strategies for products and solutions.
What We Requirements

  • 12 to 15 years of experience in building architecture and technology stacks for large enterprise applications.
  • Over 3 years as an enterprise architect, specializing in enterprise application development and team mentoring.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
