Job DescriptionZycus is looking out for a seasoned Business Development/Inside Sales Executive, with business development experience of about 2-6 years.

Candidate should have hands-on experience in generation of leads and new business opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities:


Generating new business leads and opportunitiesCollaborating with Regional Sales Managers to accelerate influx of business opportunities in the assigned territory.

Reaching out via phone/email/social media to connect with prospective customers.
Conducting secondary research into company financials, line of business, technology requirements, etc., to personalize prospecting effortsStaying up to date with the latest procurement industry trends & best practicesCompetitor analysis & positioning against themDelivering first-level Corporate Overview PresentationsPre-qualification of business opportunities (Gauging- Budget, Authority, Need & Timeline)Strategizing cross-functional campaigns to be conducted by BD & MarketingJob Requirement

Skills & Experience Required:
Should have experience of 2-6 years in business development/inside sales in a software companyExcellent verbal & written communication skills in English (Public Speaking background is preferable)

Soft Skills (Pitching, Probing, Objection Handling, Rapport Building)Strong, in-depth analytical skillProficient in professional business conversational etiquetteAccount Mapping & Social Selling abilityNetworking & Team ManagementEducational Qualification:
