Job Description

Une entreprise de la restauration recrute un alternant H/F sur Strasbourg pour un poste de commercial polyvalent.

Il s'agit d'un recrutement réalisé en coopération avec le CFA-IESA de Strasbourg et vous allez être en formation dès la rentrée 2024 à l'IESA.

Dès septembre 2024, vous serez en préparation d'un BTS Négociation et Digitalisation de la Relation Client (NDRC) en alternant entre cours en CFA (les lundi et mardi) et jours en entreprise.

Voici les missions qui seront à votre charge :

  • Gestion des réservations et relations clients : gestion des réservations et prise en charge des demandes, résolution des problèmes, accompagnement total jusqu'à la finalisation
  • Conserver un contact permanent avec les responsables d'exploitation des établissements
  • Faire visiter les lieux de prestations aux clients
  • Participer à la mise en place d'événements commerciaux pour les établissements
  • Elaborer avec les membres de l'équipe, une stratégie commerciale
  • Identifier les opportunités de développement / prospecter
  • Créer des offres commerciales / négocier
  • Faire un suivi des ventes et des indicateurs commerciaux
  • Promouvoir et représenter l'entreprise par l'établissement de partenariats avec des entreprises, des associations étudiantes, etc
