- dealing with specific symptoms that can accompany mental health conditions, such as behavioural issues and personality changes
- de-escalating challenging situations for patients to maintain a protective environment
- managing patient records to ensure good organisation onwards
- hosting group or one-on-one therapy sessions
- providing physical support to patients, such as by cleaning rooms, changing beds or assisting with daily tasks
- communicating with patients' families about treatment progress, diagnoses and recovery plans
- collaborating with doctors, nurses and psychiatrists to fulfill patient treatment plans

Requirement:
