Responsibilities:
- Install a wide range of automotive accessories, including but not limited to, audio systems, lighting, spoilers, seat covers, and navigation systems.
- Conduct inspections and assessments to determine the appropriate installation procedures for each accessory.
- Follow manufacturer guidelines and specifications to ensure proper installation and functionality of accessories.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or discrepancies during the installation process.
- Provide guidance and assistance to customers regarding accessory options and customization features.
- Maintain accurate records of all installed accessories and associated documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and service, to coordinate accessory installations with vehicle purchases or servicing appointments.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new accessories, and installation techniques through training and professional development opportunities.
- Uphold the company's commitment to customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent service.
