Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing employment contracts, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating employee training programs.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) database.
- Process employee status changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations, and update relevant documentation accordingly.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries on employee benefits programs.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with performance management processes, including tracking performance evaluations, providing support to managers, and facilitating feedback sessions.
- Coordinate employee recognition programs and events to foster a positive work environment and boost employee morale.
- Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field or related field.
- 06 months of experience in a human resources coordinator or administrative capacity.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer serviceoriented approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with HRMS software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detailoriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
