Job Description:

As the Software Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of passionate engineers in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

You will leverage your technical expertise in Apache Spark, No SQL databases, relational databases, Spring Framework, and cloud technologies to drive innovation and solve complex technical challenges.

This role requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a commitment to delivering excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of software engineers in the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance software solutions.
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and coaching to team members to support their professional growth and development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, QA, and Dev Ops, to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
Architect, design, and implement solutions leveraging Apache Spark for large-scale data processing and analytics.
Design and optimize data models for No SQL databases like Cassandra and relational databases (My SQL).
Develop and maintain microservices using the Spring Framework for building robust and scalable applications.
Lead efforts to migrate on-premises applications to cloud platforms using Kubernetes, Helm Chart, and other cloud technologies.
Drive best practices in software engineering, including code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).
Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and share knowledge and insights with the team.

Requirements:
Proven experience in software engineering leadership roles, with a track record of successfully leading and mentoring teams.
Deep technical expertise in Apache Spark, including Spark SQL, Spark Streaming, and Spark MLlib.
Experience designing and optimizing data models for No SQL databases like Cassandra and relational databases (RDBMS).
Proficiency in Java programming language.
Strong understanding of the Spring Framework, including Spring Boot, Spring Data, and Spring Cloud.
Hands-on experience with cloud technologies such as Kubernetes, Helm Chart, Docker, and AWS/GCP/Azure.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
