Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Sales Territory Management:

  • Develop and manage a designated sales territory to maximize sales and achieve targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory through proactive prospecting and networking.

Client Engagement and Relationship Building:

  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing clients to comprehend their needs and present suitable solutions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Offer technical product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our AV, automation, and BMS solutions.

Sales Process Execution:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, including preparing and delivering proposals and contracts.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable sales agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee smooth project implementation and client satisfaction.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and territory developments.

Travel and Field Activities:

  • Regularly travel within the assigned territory to meet clients, attend industry events, and conduct field sales activities.
  • Engage in trade shows, conferences, and other networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of field sales experience, preferably within the AV, automation, or BMS industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in a technical arena.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients.
  • Strong technical expertise with the ability to comprehend and articulate complex technical solutions.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with robust organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
