Key Responsibilities:
·
Handle inbound/outbound calls professionally and
provide exceptional customer service.

·
Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and
product/service-related issues.

·
Listen attentively to customer needs and offer
appropriate solutions or guidance.

·
Maintain accurate records of customer
interactions and transactions.

·
Collaborate with team members and other
departments to resolve customer issues effectively.

·
Follow communication scripts and procedures when
handling different topics.

·
Strive to meet or exceed performance targets and
KPIs set by the organization.

Requirements:
·
Excellent English communication skills (both
verbal and written).

·
Minimum 12th (PUC) qualification.

·
Previous experience in customer service or call centre
is an advantage but not mandatory.

·
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced
environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

·
Strong problem-solving skills and a
customer-focused mindset.

·
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Additional Information:
Upon selection, you will be deployed on an International
Voice project, providing you with exposure to a diverse customer base and
global communication standards.
