What we're looking for:
We need a Facebook Ads Manager This is a remote (work-from-home) position.

Seeking a skilled Facebook Ads Specialist with a focus on e-commerce to lead end-to-end ad campaigns for local service industry clients.

Responsibilities include campaign management, optimization for maximum ROI, audience research, collaboration with customer managers, budget monitoring, and staying updated on industry trends.

Prior success in Facebook ad management for local service businesses is essential.

Key responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end Facebook ad campaigns for clients in the local service industry.
Analyze campaign performance to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
Conduct detailed audience research for effective targeting.
Collaborate with customer managers to align ad strategies with business goals.
Monitor budgets and adjust bids for improved ROI.
Stay updated on Facebook advertising policies and industry trends.
Regularly report campaign performance to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Facebook Ads Specialist, preferably in e-commerce.
Excellent understanding of Facebook's advertising platform and budget management.
Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis and reporting.
Proficient in crafting engaging ad copies and driving customer engagement.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
