One of the mandates of the team (us), is to work on cutting edge ideas in the area of life insurance.

We are responsible for conceptualizing new ideas through consumer research and market intelligence, and also testing these ideas through an iterative pilot-feedback-repeat loop.

We have launched a new sub brand

KlarifyLife , targeted at the Gen Z and millennial.

As a first step, we are focusing on creating insurance education and awareness for this target group, in a manner which appeals to them.

We are currently present on , Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.

We are (thankfully) empowered individuals who like to think of ourselves as "idea owners", with the ability to think differently, challenge the status quo and with a bias for action.

But ideas can be futile until they are communicated in a simple, intuitive & easy-to-understand manner to the end user.

And when it comes to life insurance, the concept of simplification becomes even more profound (yes, insurance can have a lot of jargon).

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a creative content strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement on social media including scripting, filming, and basic editingServe as the on-camera personality for our brand, representing our values and vision with authenticity and enthusiasm.

Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and script engaging video content that aligns with brand messaging and objectives.
Produce high-quality video content, including filming, editing, and post-production, ensuring content is optimized for each platform.

Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in content creation and social media to continuously innovate and improve our content strategy.

Engage with our audience on social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Monitor and analyse post performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of content and make data-driven decisions to optimize strategy.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and business, to ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in social media, video production, and influencer marketing to identify new opportunities for brand growth and collaboration.

Represent the brand at events, and other promotional opportunities as needed.
Evolve content strategy and guidelines and adapt them to new situations (e.g., bite sized videos, vernacular content etc.)

What are we looking for?Technical skill requirementsStrong on-camera presence with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to develop creative and engaging concepts and scripts.
Knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, , YouTube, and their respective best practices.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Passion for storytelling and connecting with audiences through content.
Bachelor's degree in film, media production, communications, marketing or a related field preferred.
Adept with tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop (not a must have, but good to have)


Attitude / behavioural requirementsSelf-starter attitude (not waiting for the next task from the manager)Bias for action (knowing when to trade off perfection for timing; getting things done)Comfort with ambiguity (things will be clear at times and unclear at times; if you're not ok with fog, don't be a pilot)Out of the box thinking, clarity in thought (great to have wacky ideas, but you should be clear of your wacky ideas)Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
