A potential candidate is an enthusiastic researcher at heart who has a strong desire to solve the challenges of scaling a product from the lab to the market.

The candidate has an ability to refine the potential solutions and document those iterations to arrive at the optimal product viability goals.

The candidate's strengths are rooted in fundamental sciences, new technologies and strong analytical skills, with survival tendencies in the entrepreneurial habitat.


Qualifications, education, skills, and/or experience:
B.Tech. /M.Sc.

or higher with a strong proficiency in fundamentals of materials, electrochemistry and/or new technologiesProficient with Microsoft Office suiteMust have inherent problem-solving skillsStrong communication skillsEssential Duties and Responsibilities:The job would include fundamental research to undertake material selection, devising safe protocols including formulation of standard operating procedures for electrode optimization and cell fabrication.

Charting of pathways for end-to-end supply chain of materials that includes but not limited to identification of suppliers, as well as basic due diligence on the supply chain prior to handing over to the procurement team.

Documentation including testing analysis and reports, literature review, scientific publications, etc.
