Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales in a specific territory for Blue tools, MT & HG through development, maintenance & growth of existing and potential direct dealers.
  • Network management of direct dealers & sub-dealers to provide optimal service.
  • Follow-up on visits systematically and plan next steps for dealer conversion/development.
  • Improve the quality of current channel partners.
  • Execute specific initiatives to support product launches, Cordless, etc.
  • Optimize turnover and GM responsibility with an entrepreneurial approach regarding product mix.
  • Assist dealers in B2B portal usage.
  • Utilize digital tools to enhance business outcomes.
  • Implement central marketing activities and collaborate closely with user and retail marketing.
  • Collect information on competitors and market trends.
  • Place products in primary and secondary channels effectively.
  • Identify opportunities to expand reach.
  • Work across BU team of power tools and Bosch to generate sales opportunities.

Qualifications: Engineer with an MBA.

Additional Information:

  • Experience in trade (dealer/distributor) sales – minimum 6-8 years.
  • Understanding of market, product, or related products.
  • Working knowledge of distribution business.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in local languages as required.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
