Role Summary:

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, coordinating with teams and contractors for successful execution.
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and take corrective actions.
  • Oversee project budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Act as the primary contact for project communications, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure compliance.
  • Implement quality control measures to meet standards and maintain regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Deliverables:

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for successful execution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and consultants through all project phases.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and take corrective actions to achieve milestones.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Regularly review project expenditures and optimize costs for efficiency.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Primary point of contact for project-related communications internally and externally.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including external consultants, government agencies, and regulatory bodies to address concerns and ensure compliance.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

  • Implement quality control measures to meet or exceed established standards and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Competencies and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with knowledge of MEP services.
  • Master's degree or professional certification is advantageous.
  • Proven experience (6-8 years) in managing large-scale fit-out and capital improvement projects in the construction sector.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry best practices.
  • Ability to travel as needed to project sites across India.
