We're looking for a Programmatic Executive to join our growing team This role calls for a digital media enthusiast who is passionate about using data and creativity to drive client business performance.

In this role you will be responsible for managing and reporting on complex programmatic campaigns delivered across a multitude of channels (display, video, audio, CTV, DOOH, native, mobile, and more) with a laser focus on efficiency and results.

Our team will want to hear about your experience with advanced audience strategies and your approach to quality control.

We'll also want you to tell us about how you have used experimentation and performance discovery to deliver on a business outcome.

Give me a breakdown of what a Programmatic Executive at Brainlabs does:

_Client Responsibilities (80%):_

  • Work with client and agency stakeholders to understand campaign media and business objectives
  • Propose and provide rationale for audience, format, bidding and measurement tactics that meet campaign and business objectives
  • Use critical thinking skills to anticipate and manage potential risks that will arise
  • Communicate these to the stakeholders on a regular basis and ensure decisions are made quickly and effectively
  • Implement and manage campaigns with a clear testing framework informed by actionable analysis
  • Conduct forecasting exercises to inform budget recommendations
  • Configure accounts, campaigns and campaign settings to deliver optimally towards the planned goal
  • Manage and report on programmatic campaigns delivered across a multitude of channels (display, video, audio, CTV, DOOH, native, mobile, and more) with a laser focus on efficiency and results
  • Coordinate all aspects of the programmatic campaign life cycle (campaign implementation (trafficking, flighting, and QA) campaign optimization, pacing, budget phasing, reporting, post campaign analysis and insight
  • Execute inplatform tasks involved with the campaign lifecycle across demand side platforms (DSPs) like, but not limited to; DV360, The Trade Desk, Yahoo, and Amazon DSP, while ensuring all campaign requirements are delivered according to SLAs
  • Work across multiple technology platforms including PowerBI, Dataroma ad servers, brand safety etc.
  • Use performance and attribution data to inform optimizations and troubleshoot issues related to data accuracy, creative approvals or technical anomalies
  • Work across various verticals, from B2B and lead gen to retail and ecommerce you could be managing spend for highgrowth independent businesses or large global enterprise clients

_Leadership Responsibilities (20%):_

  • Collaborate, support, and work closely with other Brainlabs units to ensure efficient workflow, and realize crossfunctional opportunities and enhancements
  • Implement process improvements and create tooling to automate and improve the efficiency of daytoday tasks
