What does this role hold for you.?


We're seeking a highly driven individual with an experience in data analytics and insights, and a background in Fintech services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Form strong hypotheses for the given problem statements and identify relevant data sources and metrics.
  • Run efficient SQL queries to fetch the required data.
  • Conduct indepth research and analysis of user data to verify the hypothesis and formulate recommendations.
  • Conduct indepth user research via product surveys and user calling and come up with an actionable roadmap.
  • Communicate and collaborate with crossfunctional stakeholders including tech, machine learning, design, customer support, legal and finance teams.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and developments in the fintech industry, sharing insights and recommendations with relevant stakeholders.
Apply if you have....

  • A B.Tech. or relevant degree in engineering or data science.
  • At least 2+ years of experience working in data and analytics domain, preferably in a Fintech company.
  • Proven track record of collaboration with crossfunctional teams, with impeccable communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment, with a proactive and solutionoriented approach.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
