Store Leadership Position - Retail Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced Retail Team Lead to join our store operations team. As a key leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales associates and driving sales growth through excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, increase sales, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Estimated Salary: ₹15,000 per month.
