companies as a Sales Trainer for our global Sales Development team.
The impact you will create on the job:
End-to-end ownership of SDR team's training requirements (new joiner as well as refresher
training).
Design training curriculum and create training content (videos, case studies, playbook etc).
Proactively conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement.
Partner with Inside Sales Leadership to successfully transition new hires to production.
Show visible & measurable impact of training programs (e.g., MQLs / SQLs generated).
What do we look for?
6-8 years of proven work experience as an Inside Sales Trainer. SaaS experience is a plus
Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms.
Excellent organizational skills.
Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
Additional training certifications.
Experience with our SDR tech stack - Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator, Lusha, B2Brain,
Zoominfo etc.
