We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented individual to work for us in our overseas office (Bengaluru, India).

As we are an international brand working with different time zones, we require the potential candidate to be flexible to work in shift patterns.

Reporting to the

Associate Regional Manager,

as the

Associate - Semi Voice Process


you will be responsible for supporting the Fleet Team for the EU market (rotational shifts) and ensuring the entire supply of contractors (Partner Drivers) is taken care of.

As part of the Fleet Team, your role will be divided into three key areas:

Partner driver recruitment,Training, andQuality Assurance

The roles & responsibilities can be broadly outlined as follows:


Outbound calls for the driver recruitment processInbound communication from Partner Drivers emails, chats and to support them with any questions or concerns they may have, such as payment questions, feedback queries, work confirmation, and contract issues.

Take charge of investigating Partner Driver's errors and supporting/ correcting them where requiredLiaising with our Partner Drivers around the world from the moment they apply in our platformLiaising with the Fleet team in London, US, and Singapore.

Working alongside our internal teamsResponding to ongoing driver queries, issues, and feedbackResponsible for matching driver supply to client demand.
Responsible for managing driver performances.

Document all interactions with partner drivers accuratelyProject-based improvements - lead and take ownership of any given project for improving how Laundryheap operates.


Required Skills:


Bachelor's degree or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or technical support are advantageousPast experience working in the night shifts/rotational shiftsProven experience with a minimum of 3 years only in International voice process (US/EU calling), preferably with exposure to supporting drivers.

Email and chat process experience.
Empathy and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving, ensuring a positive experience for driversAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, handling multiple driver-related issues simultaneouslyExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain the process and policies clearly to driversPrevious experience in operations and logistics is a big plusPrevious experience in a startup is a big plus

Work Schedule and Patterns:
9-hour shift (8 working hours + 1 hour break)5 days a week (2 week-offs based on rota)

EU shift 12:30 pm IST to 9:30 pm ISTOffice-based role
