SAP's AI Unit is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Specialist, Program Management, Partner Product Management to join our dynamic team. This role will be instrumental in aligning our AI initiatives with our partner management strategies, ensuring the successful execution and delivery of our AI products incorporating Partner AI capabilities..

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage key alignment meetings, enablement workshops in the Business AI space around partner management, ensuring clear communication and understanding between all stakeholders.
  • In-depth technical understanding of our AI product and services and its offering to assess feasibility of partner solution implementation, hand-hold, guide and propose possibilities. Understand key challenges and guide them towards implementation by including the right stakeholders within and outside SAP.
  • Assess strategic importance of AI use cases and prioritise, hand-hold them towards mutual success & make them well represented in major SAP events and milestones.
  • Keep pace with the recent innovations, SAPs AI strategy with our products, eco-system, competition in the AI space and also keep the partners updated with our value proposition.
  • Maintain and update comprehensive project plans, including GANTT charts and status reports, providing regular updates to executives and the AI program team.
  • Schedule & run meetings effectively, proactively track and follow up on action items and meeting minutes to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our AI products.
  • Work closely with product management to ensure alignment and integration of AI products with partner strategies.
  • Manage risks and issues related to the program, ensuring they are identified, communicated, and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree would be an advantage.

  • 10 years working experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in techno functional product management / management / partner management
  • Experience with SAP or other similar enterprise software is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing AI or related technology projects.
  • Prior experience of technical partner product management aspects like driving or co-ordinating partner technical enablement workshops, idea to market would be must
  • Prior experience in terms of consulting, driving partner or customer co-innovation would be desired
  • Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
