What you would be doing ?The position entails oversight of the aforementioned territories . Should havefront end sales experience preferably of handling product business. Experienceof handling channel partners would be an added advantage . Shall be responsiblefor support in order execution, receivables management, all internal controlsand sales related compliances.

Shall be required to travel as reasonableintervals within the territory offices .Responsibilities –Oversight ofterritories which fall under Territory group 1 .

Approx. business volume INR 8Billion.
Channel management andcustomer management from commercial perspective.
Need to handle a teamof Business Administration colleagues.
Offices Covered
  • Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Delhi, ChandigarhMajor KPIs :Receivables monitoring , cash collection.
Open orders monitoring.

Coordination and Oversite of Sales territory operationsRegular Internal Reviews and building up relationships with channel PartnersInteraction with SFS and Financial organizationsProcess improvement via automation of in-house business processesTo undertake planning / forecasting as well as order executionHandling both internal and external auditMonthly reporting and MISConducting internal reviewsPreparing management presentationsPeriodic visit to customers and channel partnersInhouse co-ordination with various departments like Logistics, accounting andcontrolling, credit administration, sales colleagues across regions, corporatefinance, Siemens financial services.

Team member of agile team for driving common sales topics.

Skills and experience preferred :
Minimum 10 years experience in Business Administration function.
Team handling skill is preferred.
Good team player and have good communication skill.
Understanding of channel partner business.
Advanced knowledge in excel , basic knowledge in power point, SAP userknowledge.
Customer handling experience is preferred.
Need to be ready to travel to customers and channel partners in short notices.
Basic knowledge on financing channel partners.
Growth mindset.
