Job description
The job is to effectively maintain and develop customer relationship and ultimately enhancing customer lifetime value and reducing churn. Ensure all customer issues are attended with timely solutions.
Customer Success Executive has to take proactive steps to educate customers about the product capabilities by identifying their business requirements.
Periodic MIS reports are to be sent to the higher management. Additionally, this role also supports product campaigning and lead generation activities.Mode of work:
(Work from office
- Babusapalya, Bangalore, Karnataka).
Key roles and responsibilities:
- Conducting Product Demos.
- Respond to Customer Queries on a timely manner.
- Follow-up with prospects on closures.
- Draft and send terms of service and agreements.
- Be responsible to create a sales pipeline.
- Track Customer Usage.
- Follow-up on renewal of accounts.
- Provide the leadership team with periodic MIS Reports.
- Conduct customer conversations and collate feedback.
Salary:
From ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Night shift
- US shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Banglore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
