Key responsibilities

Lead the architectural vision and software design for Ozone's product suite, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technological advancements.
Develop and implement best practices in system architecture, design patterns, and microservices, influencing the technical direction of our products.
Drive the adoption of Kubernetes and cloud solutions, optimising scalability, and reliability across our platform.
Mentor and guide engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders to align technology initiatives with company strategy and customer needs.

Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in software engineering, applying this knowledge to keep Ozone at the forefront of the industry.

RequirementsA minimum of 15 years of experience in software development, with a comprehensive understanding of system design, software architecture, and design patterns.

Proficiency in a NodeJs, Typescript and containerisation.

Expertise in microservices architecture and Kubernetes, with a strong background in implementing cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).Demonstrated experience in leading complex technical projects and making high-impact architectural decisions.

Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams towards achieving technical excellence.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset, capable of addressing both technical and business challenges.
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to articulate technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
Experience with MongoDB will be an added advantageExperience of using gitops tools like rancher, argocd, spacelift for infrastructure management is a huge plusExperience of working in a product-based organised and awareness of product management would be a big plusBenefitsStock Option PlanTraining & Development
