It contributes to over 65% of Sugar Division. The Company is into manufacturing of Fertilizers, Sugars etc.,

Experience:
8 + years

Qualification:
CA or CWA will be desirable

Desirable competencies:

  • Knowledge of Treasury Management – Cash flow planning, working capital borrowings, Investment instruments/cash management etc.,
  • Exposure in Trade Finance and negotiations with Banks will be an essential pre-requisite
  • Candidate will lead and manage the treasury activities of the company while handling the key responsibility of reviewing FX Risk Management and attendant tasks
  • Good commercial and practical sense/orientationGood at Analytics and presentation skills

Key Accountabilities:

  • Negotiate/ Liaison with working capital lenders/brokers/Banks/MC Banks
  • Daily Banking Management in a cash critical situation
  • Review Margin Call requirements with Commodity Brokers and arrange funds seamlessly, as also seeking Margin drawals where surplus funds are there with Brokers
  • Negotiating best commercial terms from all banks/lenders
  • Renewal of Banking limits on a timely basis and ensuring proper negotiations
  • Putting up a proper cash flow cycle and alerting on a timely basis on any challenges / risks and also identifying mitigating steps
  • Arrange Trade Finance Solutions for the business as per requirements
  • Front Office FX Dealing/Trading
  • Forex Market Research and advise management on key risks
  • Close monitoring of all currency risks undertaken by the businessPrepare Finance Cost / Finance Income PNL Variance Reports and other MIS reports with proper and detailed analysis including prior period comparatives quarter-wise/bank-wise etc., Have full control on the limits utilization, funds availability, review charges for ensuring proper debits by Banks and take up actively with Banks for any excess charges debited and to recover excess debits by systematic follow ups
