We are currently seeking a Senior Member of Technical Staff (Frontend) at ThoughtSpot. In this role, you will be in charge of the core visualizations platform within the organization. This platform enables the creation and interaction with visualizations on various pages and Liveboards for different user personas, such as Analyst Users, Business Users, and Developer Users, who can customize their experience on the ThoughtSpot application.

You will lead a team working on backend (metadata) and frontend (experience) areas to drive the engine. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing cutting-edge search and visual analytics applications and experiences for our growing list of satisfied customers.

What You'll Do:

  • Build a highly customizable, extensible, and intelligent data visualization platform
  • Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to develop scalable and elegant Application Infrastructure solutions
  • Focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences and maintaining high engineering standards
  • Work with diverse teams in a fast and collaborative environment

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in crafting enterprise-grade solutions
  • Strong foundation in frontend application technologies and modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries
  • Experience with UI frameworks such as React, AngularJS, YUI, jQuery, or D3
  • Exposure to infrastructure tools like Nginx, Node, or Grunt
  • Ability to work with geographically distributed teams in a high-velocity environment
  • Passion for building and leading exceptional teams
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities
