Job Description:

  • Independent handling of design activities & requirement handling
  • Managing parts, assembly in team center
  • Concept generation and evaluation
  • Design & Development of 3D parts and drawings based on inputs from customer
  • Perform design review, design calculations and tolerance analysis

Required skills:

  • Hands on experience in design of components, Assemblies & BoM
  • Knowledge on Product Design & Development and ECR activities
  • Knowledge on GD&T and Tolerance stackup
  • Basic knowledge of plastic & sheet metal design
  • Multitasking and problemsolving skills
  • Basics of BES-PE tools (Focus analysis, DFMEA/DRBFM)
  • Experience in preparing/maintaining Bill of materials (SAP system)
  • Experience in Drawing and Modelling (2D/3D) using Unigraphics (UG NX 12.0)

Soft skills:

  • Good communication, interpersonal skills & Innovation mindset
  • Ability to interface with crossfunctional teams including customers
  • Good presentation skills and good exposure in MS office tools

Tools:

  • UG, Team center, SAP 72/81
