Assist the customers in completing Jio Recharge
Sell new Jio connections to prospective customers
Resolve customer queries within agreed timelines
Ensure a delightful customer experience
Respond to all customers in appropriate tone and language
Capture customer details and data relevant to the call or service
Learn about Jio`s plans, products and services to add value to the offering

Education Requirement: 10th / 10 2 (Preferred)

Experience Requirement:
Fresher

Skills & Competencies:
Basic knowledge of reading and writing
Smartphone usage
Speak local language
Sales and customer handling skills
Ability to learn
Goal and result oriented
