Answer all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Making telephonic conversation with our patients and clear their doubts.
  • Handling the Telephonic inquiries.
  • Maintain all records and overall if required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all doctor, staff and patient information.
  • Schedule appointments between doctors and patients.
  • Adhere to policy and procedures during all activates.
  • Take care of billings.
  • Complete accurate documentation of patient information.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problemsolving and patient service skills.
  • Ability to use discretion while working with sensitive information.
  • Good Communication skills.

Qualification:
Any bachelor degree.

Both male and female can apply.

and shift basis(8 am to 2pm nd 2pm to 8pm).

Salary:
₹8, ₹12,000.00 per month
(Negotiable)

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus (after completed probation period).
