Role Description:
Supervises the development and maintenance of technical architecture including networks, applications, hosting, PC, workstation, and mobile. Supervises architecture of end-to-end integrated systems and applications. Identifies key technology interactions and dependencies across platforms. Supervises enterprise-wide guidance on network capabilities and hosting options.


Responsibilities for Infrastructure LeadWorking in a high performance team and be able to 'keep up'Strong stakeholder engagement and management working with Project Manager and multiple stakeholders to manage their needs, expectations, requirements with a focus on continuous improvement in processes and efficienciesCreating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation such as project plan, financial and status reporting using Microsoft toolsAbility to operate effectively both independently and in a team with attention to detailCollaboration between internal/external teams including our Project Management OfficeParticipates in Enterprise Transformation activities, leads Infrastructure Solution Design and Deployment activities at Landing Zone (LZ including Public Cloud) locationsParticipates and Approves all Changes to the site Infrastructure via Change Management proceduresMaintains a non-technical, Infrastructure Management posture which includes asset management, financial management (capex and opex), obsolescence statusParticipates in IT Governance including but not limited to the following committees Architecture Standards, Service Delivery and Financial (including forecasting future demand for capital)Manage project budgets, highlighting over- or under-spend at the appropriate levelIdentify and manage project risks, issues and assumptionsTrack, monitor and report on overall progress (time, cost and quality) and any potential for changeManage project communication and ensure the project documentation is completed and acceptedManage operational readiness and ensure handover to support, the business and other key stakeholders is delivered successfully.

Ensure projects are closed effectively holding project closure meetings when appropriate

Basic Qualifications & Experience:

Site Operations ManagementLAN troubleshooting/problem determination skills (Ethernet, Hot Standby Router Protocol (HSRP), Enhanced Interior Gateway Routing Protocol (EIGRP), Border Gateway Protocol (BGP)CISCO firewall/Virtual Private Network (VPN) equipment, Adaptive Security Appliance, CISCO Aggregation Service Routers (ASR), and Virtual Switching Systems (VSS)IP services, , IP, Multicast, Quality of Service (QOS), and Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP)ITIL Intermediate certification in Service Operations, Service Transition, or Operational Support and Analysis (OSA)Understanding of IT Service and Delivery Management principles with a proven track record of delivering results and introducing practical project management techniques to programs.

Exhibit confidence communicating and interacting with management across LOB & technology teamsKnowledge or experience of project management methodologies such as PMP, Prince2, Agile, Scrum
