  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement IAM strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of IAM professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure effective performance and career development.
  • Solution Design: Design IAM solutions and architectures to meet business requirements, including identity lifecycle management, access control, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
  • Vendor Management: Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with IAM vendors and service providers to ensure the delivery of highquality solutions and services.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate IAMrelated risks, including security threats, compliance gaps, and operational vulnerabilities.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies related to IAM, such as GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, and PCI DSS.
  • Identity Lifecycle Management: Oversee the management of user identities, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access recertification processes.
  • Access Control: Define and enforce access control policies and mechanisms, such as rolebased access control (RBAC), attributebased access control (ABAC), and least privilege principles.
  • Identity Governance: Establish and maintain identity governance processes, including access request, approval workflows, access reviews, and entitlement management.
  • Incident Response and Investigation: Lead incident response efforts related to IAM incidents, including investigating security breaches, unauthorized access, and identity theft incidents.
  • Training and Awareness: Provide training and awareness programs for employees, contractors, and partners on IAM policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor IAM performance metrics, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement to enhance security, efficiency, and user experience.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, such as IT, security, legal, and compliance, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
