  • Repair tears and rips, remove staples or paper clips.

  • Complete the end of day processes by emptying HIPAA container into the destruction bin.
  • Work with other departments and doctors to ensure patient information are handled properly and privately according to HIPPA regulations.
  • Provide high quality internal and external customer service, maintaining compliance with company policies and external regulations, including HIPAA.
  • Draft correspondence and assist with responding to subpoenas and document requests.
  • Create and edit job description and manufacturing procedure documents for ISO certification.
  • Research and obtain all necessary documents require for court order subpoenas and contact law enforcement for retrieval.
  • Execute an individual project for the communications department by digitizing old newsletters to preserve pictures and information in an online database.
  • Prepare reports to be type and fax to the Dr's office.
  • Enter charge tickets 10key by touch using ICD9 and CPT codes.
  • Provide ICD9 and CPT codes for benefit and precertification purposes.
  • Scan medical records into HPF system.

Salary:
₹8, ₹15,000.00 per month
