Job Title: Construction Engineer / Construction Supervisors.

Department : Construction.

Education & Experience :

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering with 3+Yrs experience

Strong knowledge of building construction, site engineering, site management, site supervision, project engineering, site execution, civil engineering, construction management, project management, construction engineering, bar bending schedule, site management, site supervision, and site supervision.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Experience with any Construction Company having strong exposure In high rise building construction
• Enforce compliance, administering disciplinary actions as required Supervise employees, contractors & sub-contractors
• Develop and implement construction plans and schedules.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Monitor site progress and identify potential issues or delays.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to manage project budgets and timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control procedures.
• Prepare detailed reports on project performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Supervise operations associated with supply, production Control, and quality assurance
• Supervise the delivery & distribution of materials on site
• Supervise & provide direction to trades persons onsite
• Assist in resources planning to meet construction schedule & Material stock maintenance
