Sr Executive -UK /EU -HR

HR professionals who support HR Operations which includes the Executive for a varied service starting from BGV, onboarding, extensions, separation & payroll query resolve along with Timesheet process for different locations across UK/EU processes.

Onboarding process:
Drafting of Offer and contract Letters & release the agreements as below mode;

• PAYE agreements
• Umbrella contracts
• Business to Business (B2B)
• Independent / Freelancer contracts
• IR35 knowledge & AWR 2010 regulations

Compliance: Validating all UK/EU Geography Work authorisation doc's

• Business Compliance documents.
• General administration processes; completion of queries and activities, such as references, contract updates and letter production.

Background Verification (BGV): different screening vendors "KPMG, Credence, Sterling, Hireright, FDAV, People check, Accurate". Working on Background investigation with & close the cases

• Share the on boarded consultants list to the accounts team for start their payroll.
• Extension and Termination:
• Auditing the OB transactions & submit with client if required when request comes.
• Coordinating with Vendors: Liaison with other external vendors/agencies and other shared services organization teams as appropriate.
• Reporting and Metrics
• Escalation Management:

Ensure compliance with appropriate data protection legislation across UK/EU -GDPR

• Strong knowledge on Germany AUG labour codes
• Knowledge on Netherlands 30% Ruling Application & NBBU norms
• Knowledge on Ireland employment agreements.
• Knowledge on Switzerland employment agreements.
• Strong knowledge on Poland labour codes with regards to employment agreement entry to exit level.

Required:

• Graduate / Post Graduate degree with 23 years of work experience
• HR administration experience specially in UK/EU Market
• Experience of the core Microsoft Office package
