Job Summary
Tetra Pak has created a new organisation called Factory Sustainable Solutions and OEM Components.

The organization consists of two parts where the OEM Components team is already well-established, and the Factory Sustainable Solutions team is brand new.

The Factory Sustainable Solution team is responsible for developing and to globally drive the business in energy optimisation, water recovery and CIP optimisation.

To this new organization we are now recruiting a Regional Portfolio Manager.
The organisation belongs to Business Sector Key Components, Plant Solutions & Channel Management in Processing Equipment AB.
The position is located in Chakan, Pune (India) but you will work in a global arena.
What you will do

By offering optimized solutions on factory level we enable our customers to reduce their environmental footprint while also reducing their utility costs.

The Regional Portfolio Manager is responsible to develop this business in the APAC region.
In this role you will be involved in new opportunities related to Factory wide sustainable solutions in your region. This includes heat recovery, water management and CIP optimization. In close collaboration with market operations and pre-projects you take the lead to offer a sustainable plant design.

You need to be able to talk to the customer on factory level, catch the customer needs and be prepared to discuss alternative designs.

You will work closely with customers as well as with internal stakeholders such as the Project organization, market operations and Services.


Responsibilities:
Develop the business of Factory Sustainable Solutions in the APAC region
Lead execution of Factory Sustainable Solutions strategy in your region, join the market company on customer visits when needed
Be the speaking partner for Factory Sustainable Solutions towards internal and external stakeholders in your region
Provide TCO to secure the value proposition of Factory Sustainable Solutions for the customer
Within your region collaborate with pre-projects and other stakeholders with regards to sustainable plant designs
Build capability in Factory Sustainable Solutions, E2E. Collect and understand local demand on portfolio and convey innovation needs to close the gaps

We believe you have

University degree MSc engineering or similar work experience
At least 10 years of relevant work experience e.g. process engineering, probably within food and/or energy.
Experience in Business Development
Highly skilled in stakeholder management.
Autonomous and strong self-drive is needed for this position

It is important that you are comfortable to talk about heat recovery/energy balance and water optimisation on a factory level with customers as well as internal stakeholders.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good computer literacy.
Fluent English language knowledge.
