Procurement and Dispatch Manager


eCommerce Procurement and Dispatch Manager will be fully accountable for devising and implementing strategies that ensure timely delivery of goods from our online platform to the customer.


Responsibilities:


Develop and implement efficient dispatch processes to handle daily orders with precisionTo ensure that picking and packing of all orders are suitable for transit to avoid refunds and negative reviewsBuild a good working relationship with logistics department and courier service providersMaintain meticulous records of all dispatch activities, including order processing, tracking numbers, and delivery confirmations.

Manage procurement processes, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Work closely with eCommerce, Subscriptions and Billing department to ensure that objectives are met.

Skills:
Bachelors or Master's degree4+ years of experience in e-commerce dispatch and procurement roleStrong understanding of e-commerce logistics, procurement dispatch and courier managementExcellent problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skillsGood communication, presentation, and facilitation skillsResolve any issues or delays in delivery promptly
