• Conduct pixelperfect testing to ensure the accuracy and consistency of user interface elements across various platforms and devices.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts to streamline the testing process and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Execute test cases manually and document test results, identifying and reporting defects with clear steps for reproduction.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily standups, and sprint reviews.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance testing strategies, tools, and processes to optimize testing efforts.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, promoting best practices and fostering a culture of quality within the team.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in software testing methodologies, tools, and technologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Software Tester or similar role of experience in software testing.
• Proficiency in pixelperfect testing techniques, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Strong expertise in automation testing using tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks.
• Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
