Responsibilities:


1.

Develop and Maintain Web Applications:

  • Create and maintain web applications using modern frontend frameworks and backend technologies, ensuring functionality, performance, and scalability.
2.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:

  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams to understand requirements and deliver highquality software solutions that meet business needs and user expectations.
3.

Write Clean and Efficient Code:

  • Produce clean, welldocumented, and efficient code following coding standards and best practices.
4.

Conduct Code Reviews:

  • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to coding standards, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
5.

Troubleshoot and Debug Issues:

  • Identify and troubleshoot complex issues in web applications, debugging code and providing timely resolutions to ensure smooth operation.
6.

Participate in Design and Architecture Discussions:

  • Take part in design and architecture discussions, offering insights and recommendations for improvement to enhance the overall quality and performance of the software solutions.
7.

Stay Up-to-Date with Emerging Trends:

  • Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in web development, continuously learning and updating skills to remain current in the field.
Requirements:

1.
Experience (0-5 Years):

  • Possess 05 Years of experience in web development, demonstrating proficiency in developing and maintaining web applications.
2.

Strong Problem-Solving Skills:

  • Exhibit strong problemsolving skills, capable of troubleshooting complex issues and efficiently resolving them.
3.

Proficiency in JavaScript and Front-End Frameworks:

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and one or more modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
4.

Proficiency in Back-End Programming Languages:

  • Proficiency in one or more backend programming languages such as Python, Java, or , enabling fullstack development capabilities.
5.

Familiarity with Cloud-Based Platforms:

  • Familiarity with cloudbased development and deployment platforms such as AWS or Azure, facilitating cloudnative application development and deployment.
6.

Knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript:

  • Firm grasp of JavaScript and TypeScript language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax, to develop robust and efficient web applications.
7.

Desire to Learn and Stay Updated:

  • Strong desire to learn and keep uptodate with emerging trends and technologies in web development, demonstrating a commitment to professional growth and development.
8.

Knowledge of Web Application Security:

  • Strong knowledge of web application security and common attack prevention techniques such as crosssite scripting (XSS) and crosssite request forgery (CSRF).
9.

Familiarity with Containerization and CI/CD:

  • Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes and continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines, facilitating efficient development and deployment processes.
10.

Knowledge of Web Application Optimization:

  • Familiarity with web application performance optimization techniques such as caching, lazy loading, and code splitting, enhancing application performance and user experience.
11.

Understanding of Web Accessibility and Internationalization:

  • Familiarity with web accessibility standards, best practices (A11y), and internationalization and localization standards, ensuring inclusivity and usability of web applications across diverse user groups and regions.
