Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position in Mumbai for an HR Officer specializing in Recruitment & HR Operations. The role demands a high level of professionalism, communication skills, and dedication. The incumbent will be stationed at the client's premises to assist in our consulting assignments.
Talent Acquisition and Development:
- Devise and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Enhance the onboarding process
- Develop retention strategies
- Source, screen, and interview candidates
- Conduct interviews, perform reference checks, and manage offer processes
- Operate within the allocated budget for recruitment
Performance Management:
- Establish efficient performance management procedures
- Collaborate with leaders on compensation scales
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
Employee Relations:
Build strong inter-departmental relationships, foster a positive work environment, champion Rewards & Recognition initiatives, and handle employee grievances effectively.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws
- Conduct regular audits of HR practices
- Design and implement HR policies to align with organizational requirements
Administrative Excellence:
Maintain precise employee records, oversee payroll and benefits administration, and manage various HR-related administrative duties.
Location:
Lower Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra
Experience Requirement: 3-8 years
Candidates with prior experience in the real estate sector will be preferred.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Desired Attributes:
Dynamic, proactive, exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), growth-oriented mindset, and a background in the real estate industry are essential.
