The Graphic Designer and Video Editor will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence and communicating the unique value of our services through various multimedia channels.


Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

  • Develop visually appealing designs for digital and print materials, including website graphics, social media posts, brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that highlight our services, success stories, and events.
  • Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all design assets, adhering to Jananam's brand guidelines and standards.
  • Adapt designs for different platforms and mediums while maintaining highquality standards and attention to detail.

Video Editing:

  • Edit and produce professionalquality videos for various purposes, including patient testimonials, treatment overviews, educational content, and promotional videos.
  • Utilize video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to trim footage, add transitions, overlays, graphics, and special effects, and ensure seamless storytelling.
  • Collaborate with content creators, clinicians, and marketing team members to script, storyboard, and execute video projects that effectively communicate key messages and engage our target audience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video production and editing techniques to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our video content.

Creative Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas, develop creative concepts, and contribute to the overall visual and content strategy.
  • Participate in project meetings, presentations, and reviews to present design and video concepts, gather feedback, and make revisions as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between visual content and organizational goals, messaging, and brand identity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, multimedia arts, film production, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in graphic design and video editing, preferably in a healthcare, medical, or related industry.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other relevant design and video editing software.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design and video editing projects, including examples of print/digital graphics, branding, and video content.
  • Excellent creative and conceptual skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and storytelling.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas, give and receive constructive feedback, and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
