Responsibilities:

Data Analysis:
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance campaign performance.

Budget Management:
Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI and efficiency. Develop budget allocation strategies based on campaign objectives and performance data.

Creative Testing:
Collaborate with the creative team to develop and test ad creatives for optimal performance. Implement A/B testing and other methodologies to refine and improve campaign creatives.

Conversion Optimization:
Work closely with the UX/UI team to optimize landing pages and user journeys to improve conversion rates. Implement best practices for conversion optimization across all marketing channels.

Market Research:
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and innovative approaches to performance marketing.

Reporting:
Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to the broader marketing team and key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
