Juno is an online school that teaches sales techniques, processes, and tools to students and entry-level professionals in an experiential manner.
Large number of fresh MBA graduates join sales role with absolutely no sales skills or understanding of what the role entails.
Companies end up spending a lot of time and effort in training them; at the same time a large number of such employees realize that sales is not the right career path for them.
Juno pedagogy lays more emphasis on personal development and experiential learning techniques versus the traditional academic methodology. This is done through role plays, field assignments, projects / internships, shadowing (observing) experts, community feedback, etc.
Juno brings industry practitioners to facilitate these sessions and train students on the latest techniques being used in the industry.

Tarun Matta is the founder of Juno School of Business. He has extensive entrepreneurial experience in the employability, education, and recruitment space. Prior to this, he founded - an exclusive recruitment platform for management professionals in India. was acquired by Info Edge ) in May 2019.
We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Manager to help us scale the business
Sales Manager (Edtech)
- The Sales Manager will manage and execute all the sales activities for the brand devising sales plan and budget, justifying the plan to upper management, sales collaterals, sell to customer needs, building strong customer connects onground and identify emerging audience for our products.
- Develop plans and strategies to achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Ensure Annual/Monthly/Weekly Sales target are met as per the organization's goals.
- To be a great People manager, recruit, train and retain people to achieve optimum output from the team.
- Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement. Manage the sales teams, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth.
- Build and promote a strong team culture within the sales representatives ultimately resulting in an engaged and high performing sales team.
- Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required.
- Confident negotiator and ability to close the deal.
Candidate Profile:
- The candidate must have 58 years of experience in B2C Sales and managing a large sales team.
- Bachelor of Technology / MBA or equivalent degree
- Tier 1
- Excellent communication skills (Solid aggression and fire in the belly needed)
- Experienced in managing a sales team of more than 3050
- Experience in monitoring and evaluating sales report progress against stated expectations, in addition to aligning and changing behaviour with performance expectations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Demonstrate cultural fit towards being handson, humility and drive a learning environment
- Experience in retail sales to students for educational sales is highly desirable
