Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing production-ready software following a defined software development process
  • Analyzing specifications, developing unit designs, and software development
  • Configuration and integration of software using tools like Vector Davinci Configurator, Vector Davinci Developer, and other similar AUTOSAR stack tools
  • Peer Review Unit Testing and ensuring functionality
  • Collaboration with project leaders/managers for estimation and planning in an interactive development environment
  • Adherence to project plans, company quality policies, and industry standards

Requirements:

  • BE/B tech/ME/M Tech or equivalent with 6-7 years of experience in the automotive domain
  • Software development and configuration experience of AUTOSAR BSW modules including DCM, DEM, NvM, OS EcuM, SchM, MCAL Drivers, CDD Module, and communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, Ethernet, I2C, SPI, and RTE Configuration
  • Proficiency in AUTOSAR Framework using DAVINCI tools for Automotive software
  • Strong knowledge of AUTOSAR classic platform, communication protocols, C programming language, Embedded coding, and scripting languages like Python & VBA
  • Experience with configuration management software like Jira, SVN, and familiarity with maturity models like CMMI and ASPICE
  • Leadership and project management skills to lead a team effectively
  • Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members, customers, and sales
  • Japanese language proficiency with minimum JLPT N4 certification, N3 preferable


Mandatory Skills:

C/C++, Embedded C, AUTOSAR Tools, Multicore Microcontroller, AUTOSAR compliance, SW Development Experience, Protocols such as CAN, UDS, LIN, Ethernet, Vector DAVINCI configurator and developer/EBTRESOS, CANoe, CAN analyzer, CANape, Vector devices, dSPACE tools, knowledge in Powertrain, Electric Vehicle, AD/ADAS
