JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Preparation of Balance Sheet

To scrutinize general ledgers-balance sheet and expense

To compute depreciation once in a quarter

To carry out stock valuation

To work out income tax provisions once in a quarter

To determine liability of gratuity and privilege leave once in a year

To get the balance sheet audited from auditors

Preparation of quarterly results

Responsible for preparation of quarterly results

Income Tax related matters

Responsible for completion of tax audit and filing of income tax returns on time

To attend assessment notices from income tax authorities

To compute individual employees tax liability before March end

To file various financial returns

To file TDS returns

To prepare and file fixed deposit returns

To file return with National Sample Survey every year

Fixed Deposits To review the fixed deposits, calculate and pay interest Preparation of monthly profitability statement Responsible for collection of data from all departments and generate monthly profitability statement
